Ensure the UPS is plugged in and powered with the batteries connected, but that the UPS output is off (it will be in a shutdown state with no power to the load)

Make note of any settings you changed/configured in the UPS

Navigate to Control > Restore Factory Setting, then click „Yes“ if it asks, „Are you Sure?“

Once the factory reset is performed, unplug the UPS and wait until the display goes completely dark and the fans turn off.

Plug the UPS back in to the wall/source, configure any appropriate settings, then power on the UPS.

Wait approx. 1 minute, then verify the alarm is no longer active/no red LED and no alarms on the web card.

If you have a network card, under „UPS Status,“ hover your mouse over the battery symbol. The info box to the side should show a date of „49 months“ or similar for the „Life Time“ to further verify the LCM reset has taken place.
